Please note that effective January 1, 2024 the New Homes Program Prescriptive Path has ended and will no longer accept new applications.

Prescriptive Path applications that have already been approved will be honoured. You can view your application status by logging into your myEM account.

The New Homes Program Performance Path is open to applications and more information can be found on our website.
